American Indian Science & Engineering Society

Since 1977, AISES has worked to substantially increase American Indian/Alaska Native representation in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) fields-as students, professionals, mentors, and leaders.  The Sequoyah Chapter of AISES endeavors to support and give direction to our students and encourage them to pursue opportunities in the technical fields from an area that is unrepresented, Native American Indians.  We do support activities, fun activities and provide support to those students interested in the technical fields.
